Schedule

Agents work an 8-hr schedule 5 days a week, typically Monday-Friday. Starting and ending times depend on time zone and shift, beginning no earlier than 9:45am and finishing no later than 6pm. Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break are included in the schedule. You will have daily pre-shift meetings for everyone to connect and be updated on news, changes, and accomplishments.

What if I’m not licensed?

If you are interested in representing Medicare plans and not licensed, we have roles in acquisition and retention that would allow you to work directly with clients, learn about our consultation and enrollment process, and be considered for licensing and transfer to an agent role.
