At e-TeleQuote, we’re conscious of how we interact with our communities at every level. Our micro-communities at each location are connected to larger family and city communities, and our culture as an organization interacts with the worldwide insurance and healthcare communities. Those communities fuel and support us; we want to do the same for them.
Remote and In-Office
e-TeleQuote takes a people-first approach to workplace structure. No matter where our desks are, we want our team to succeed. With three brick and mortar offices and many more remote options, our team members find success in both in-office and remote work.
We enjoy the benefits of collaboration, support, leadership, and training when we’re able to be in-office together. But we also understand the benefit of a healthy work-life balance. That’s why we take a hybrid approach for in-office employees – allowing our team to thrive in both environments.
Whether hybrid or remote, we know how to stay connected. Tools like our Intranet e-Telligence Hub, weekly virtual pre-shift meeting, and quarterly Townhall meetings allow us to build and maintain connections and work toward our common goals.

Culture Committee
Mission: The Culture Committee is focused on advancing the improvement of e-TeleQuote’s culture through goal-driven activities that bring our Core Values to life to create a positive work environment that welcomes all.
We’ve brought together leading voices across company departments to unify our organization, while honing our sense of passion and drive. This working group launches 5-15 projects each year that recognize employees, encourage connection, and iteratively improve the company based on employee feedback and suggestions.
We’ve built our culture around seven Core Values.
e-TeleQuote leadership is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to improve workflow and communications to continue to become the best version of ourselves.
We strive to be transparent in our communications with one another. In an effort to build trust in transparency, we hold quarterly Townhall meetings to share innerworkings of the company.
We make an effort to achieve excellent results. Our team inspires one another to show up and show out by creating an environment that promotes commitment and growth.
Having integrity at e-TeleQuote means doing our best to do the right thing, every time. We regularly ask our team what steps we can take to continue improving.
We hold ourselves accountable for our actions in order to deliver on high expectations with thorough explanations and kindness in every interaction. We keep ourselves accountable by requesting employee feedback and following through whenever possible.
e-TeleQuote recognizes and respects diversity and aims to create universally positive experiences. We know that a variety of experiences and perspectives offer our organization an endless number of approaches to seizing opportunity.
We’re inspired by acting as advocates for our clients. We lead with kindness and support in every interaction.
Social Media
We use social media to inform and create community. We champion the voices of our employees, celebrate our team accomplishments, and sometimes even have fun!
Our associates are the cornerstone of e-TeleQuote's success, and without each of you, we would be nothing more than a name on the building.

Causes We Support
We channel our gratitude as an organization back into our communities. All employees have a Volunteer Day each year with which to support a charity, either through on-site work or donating a day’s pay. Each charity we support was first recommended by an e-TeleQuote employee and it’s our hope that by supporting diverse organizations, everyone on our team can choose to give back to a cause that aligns with their goals.
In addition, we regularly collect donations for local charities, contributing to causes like veteran and homeless outreach, women’s shelters, and low-income schools.
