Anthony (Tony) Solazzo is an insurance industry veteran with over thirty years of experience in building and scaling companies within the industry. From 2006 to 2010, Tony was the CEO of TRG Insurance Solutions, a provider of outsourced sales services to the insurance industry, which was founded by Tony as BPO3, majority acquired by TRG in 2006 and successfully exited in 2010 through a sale to Tranzact. Tony was then part of the Tranzact management team until he again partnered with TRG to start e-TeleQuote in late 2011. Prior to BPO3, he was Vice President of Business Development at First Source, a large offshore BPO firm focused on insurance sales. Previously, Tony managed about 2,500 sales agents at Jackson National Life, a top-25 life and annuity insurance company in the US. Tony has a BA from Eckerd College and resides with his family in the Tampa, Florida area.
Asghar Husain joined e-TeleQuote from strategy consultant McKinsey & Company, where he was a manager in their Toronto office. Prior to McKinsey, Asghar was Group Finance Director for The Resource Group (TRG) from 2004 to 2011. TRG is a private equity holding company that invests in and builds services and technology companies with a focus on the business process outsourcing (BPO) and the broader business services sectors. Prior to TRG, Asghar was AVP Finance for technology company Constellation Software, and he commenced his career as an Engagement Manager at Deloitte and Touche from 1997 to 1999. Asghar earned a B.Sc. in Economics from University College, University of London, and obtained his MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Melinda Greene came to e-TeleQuote from Odyssey Marine Exploration, Inc., a publicly traded international marine exploration company where she was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, focusing on strategic planning, contract negotiations, government relations, and management of international corporate subsidiaries. She was also responsible for Corporate Compliance, Litigation Management and Board Governance. Melinda appeared before the United States Supreme Court in the landmark battle with the Kingdom of Spain over the most valuable shipwreck treasure ever found. Prior to her work with Odyssey, she was a trial attorney and litigation consultant. Melinda has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, and she attended the University of Notre Dame and St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame where she earned B.A. degrees in Government, French and Theology.
Darlene Larkins has over 30 years of call center leadership experience with expertise in both operations and client services. A graduate of The University of Toledo, Darlene is responsible for managing e-TeleQuote’s Human Resources, Quality, Infrastructure and Offshore Operations. Prior to joining e-TeleQuote, Darlene was Vice President of Operations for Tranzact Insurance Solutions. Darlene came to Tranzact Insurance Solutions post the acquisition of TRG Insurance Solutions, where she had been Vice President of Client Services. During her career, Darlene has led several large-scale teams across multiple sites both in the U.S. and abroad. Her experience includes managing several operations both onshore and offshore in the BPO industry for large corporations such as SYKES and SITEL. At SYKES Darlene was responsible for the financial client relationships and managed several large clients in the Philippines, Costa Rica and India. During her tenure at SITEL, Darlene lived in Manila, Philippines, where she managed SITEL’s Call Center.
Robert Chauncey is an insurance professional with 30 years of experience in competitive and dynamic health and life insurance sales organizations. Robert has managed, developed and trained thousands of health and life insurance agents on product details and sales techniques since 1998 for numerous carriers in both field and telesales environments. Robert joined e-TeleQuote at its inception in 2011 from Tranzact Insurance Solutions, where he was responsible for training telesales agents. He transitioned to Tranzact Insurance Solutions post the 2010 acquisition by Tranzact of TRG Insurance Solutions, previously named BPO3. Robert joined BPO3 in 2005, and was responsible for training and managing telesales agents. Before BPO3, Robert had managed and trained field agents for several Blue Cross and Blue Shield agencies across Florida since 1998. Earlier in his career, Robert worked as a field agent earning numerous sales awards with Humana, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, and Prudential.
Mahroze Raza is an information technology expert with more than 13 years of experience in call center solutions, software architecture design and process automation. Mahroze joined e-TeleQuote from Montgomery IT Services, a call center solution and automation agency that he founded and led for 5 years. Prior to that, he was Head of Production for TRG Customer Solutions, where he designed and implemented complex solutions for international clients. He graduated from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore with a degree in Computer Engineering. Experience spanning more than a decade in health insurance IT solutions enables Mahroze to understand the requirements, trends and challenges that arise with innovating technologies.
Darrin Cates has spent a large portion of his career as a leader in digital marketing. Darrin has had success helping organizations reach new prospects and current customers through lead generation using various digital tactics, including social media, marketing automation, and Search Engine Marketing. Prior to joining e-TeleQuote, Darrin founded eVibrant, LLC, a digital marketing agency in Tampa, FL. Before starting eVibrant, he served as the Vice President of Marketing for the social network Affluence.org, where he learned the social network industry inside and out. In addition, he served as the Director of Operations for Primary Ads, a leading affiliate network and a subsidiary of Inuvo, Inc. Darrin has also served as the Director of Marketing for companies focused on developing shopping cart software and preventing search engine click fraud, as well as serving as the Director of Marketing/Admissions for Allen County Community College in Iola, KS. Darrin has a B.A. Degree in Management, with a Marketing Minor from Evangel University in Springfield, MO.
Randy has nearly 20 years of client service and account management experience. He is responsible for driving business results with current vendors and onboarding new lead channels. Randy is also responsible for managing carrier and strategic partner relations. Randy holds a BS from Malone University.
