Many of our agents come to e-TeleQuote with previous experience, some even with decades in the insurance industry. Regardless, every agent undertakes an intensive three week training program before serving our customers. They learn our carriers and plans, our system, and the best ways to assist the individuals who come to us for help. Each agent is selected for patience, compassion, and friendliness.

Our in-house technology team creates specialty solutions and improvements for nearly every step of our process, including routing phone calls, searching plans from our carriers, and reporting. Working with great technology frees our agents and staff to focus more on excelling in their individual roles and providing a fantastic customer experience.
Our priority is helping individuals find a good-fit plan that aligns with their health and financial goals. That includes discussing their options, checking the networks for their physicians, and reviewing the formulary with them. Our agents typically spend more than an hour with each customer. If a customer is confused or uncertain, we will not proceed with enrollment.
